A driver's license is required to drive any model moped up to 30 mph. Any e-moped model exceeding that requires a motorcycle license endorsement. Any of the models that can reach 40mphs and over require a motorcycle license.

Yes, within this year and for coming years, the need for insurance, registration, and plates will be required for gas and e-moped/motorcycles.

FLYEBIKE will provide you with all the necessary documents, such as the MV50 form, Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO), and bill of sale, to ensure a smooth registration process. To complete the registration, customers need to present a valid driver’s license or permit.

A valid driver’s license or permit is required to register your electric motorcycle. If you cannot provide these, we will not be able to complete the registration documents for you.
